Dpassa Terms of Purchase:

1. 50% Deposit:

All our services or products were rounded to 50% deposit , so the Quote/Total you see per request/order is 50% of Total cost to be paid. Once we deliver a 95% drafted product into your registered email address, then you come back and pay the balance of 50%.

2. Security:
DPASSA's mission and vision is to ensure that you feel the freedom of ordering and buying online safely and as such PAYGATE is one of SA giant that processes secure transactions using different payment method in partnership with SA banks. In all cases, you will allow a transaction to continue or stop it through OTP, Tapping your app as per the bank security mechanisms. Please note that PAYGATE charges us 30% on every transaction completed successfully, that means that any deposit you pay it includes their service charge of 30% and its debited on DPASSA account same day no matter whether you have received the service from DPASSA or not.

3. Duration of Online Request:
All papers/orders/requests done online are subject to a duration of 3-6 working days delivery. Dissertation request/orders is executed per chapter which falls in same delivery cycle (3-6 days). Dpassa clients that needs any paper such as Research proposal, Literature review,Assignments etc delivered in less than 3 days MUST request via our Contact form and such orders are subject to emergency quotation due to short notice. A quick expert will be assigned to such urgent orders so that your due date is met.

5. PhD Clients:
All PhD clients are advised to request through the Contact form, then an expert will contact you to discuss your requirements.

6. Submit the Guidelines in Zip folder:
As usual, Dpassa will follow your guidelines/instructions/notes/referencing style submitted when purchasing, Clients who have not attached guidelines are advised to do so through our emails above and quote the order number that will be assigned automatically after Checkout.
Clients MUST ensure that all instructions/guides/ approaches/frameworks/theories they want followed are therefore submitted together during order request. Once new instructions/guides/approaches/frameworks/theories etc are received after writing commenced, possible small charges may arise as a result of not communicating from the onset about those instructions/guides/ approaches/frameworks/theories etc.

7. Chapters/documents with Comments
Clients with comments of whatsoever in their document MUST not use the online service but use our Contact form, then an expert will respond to you based asap. The System is for only fresh academic writing not documents with comments hence only approved documents must be submitted together with your order/request.

8. Clients ordering/requesting Dissertation/Thesis writing service
Please note the following core pointers:-

• We don't collect data using Interviews/Questionnaires but we can with secondary data sources (Using articles and Journals).
So clients are expecetd to give us collected data, then we proceed with writing of remaining chapters.
• We don't compute data analysis for some dissertations, so this may be a seperate fee but you can give us the analysed data and we proceed with writing of chapters 4 and 5
9. Subjects/modules/study area NOT allowed to request/purchase online due to their complexity in nature and that some discussions is needed prio to any payment:
   Please send us a request manually through our Contact form if your request falls in any of the following Subjects/modules/study area at all levels(PhD, Masters,Bachelor,Diploma):
   
   1. Nursing science
   2. Engineering
   3. Medical
   4. Computer science or Information Technology
   5. Advanced Financial calculations
We need to see/assess/analyse the assignments/research proposals of the above subjects before we commit that we can do. Failure to comply with this term nine(9) and a client pays a deposit successfuly no matter we can do or not able to successfully execute the task, a client is subject to PayGate charges as speculated in close two(2) of these terms.
